Each of our pre-poured sterilized Agar plates contains:
Distilled Water, Agar Agar, and Light Malt Extract.
How to Store Agar Plates:
- Store your agar plates in a temperature-stable box, inside your fridge. The built-in vegetable boxes work well.
- Make sure your parafilm is not too thin, thinning, or has small tears. If the parafilm is compromised, the agar plates will have bacterial growth even when stored in the fridge.
